Diener-Elyce Gillette- smooth hand offs and swift runs for an excellent time of 52.33! 1600 relay-KV: A. Diener-Laurel Van Meter- Dresbaugh-G. Diener-4:33.0- all four ran very tough with A. Diener, an impressive 66.5 lead off leg, and Dresbaugh jumping in at the last minute! 3200 relay-KV: Walker-R. Van Meter-G. Diener-Krista Sytsma-10:38.18- this was the busy G. Diener's first of FOUR wins and Walker's first of THREE victories. High Jump- 2. Leah Hanselman-4-8, 3. Brooklyn Whitt-tied her PR at 4-8, Alyssa Groen was 4th at 4-8. Pole Vault-1. Haylee Hass-KV- a sensational early season jump of 10-1, 2. Jaslyne Robledo-a very good SB of 8-6. Long Jump-1. Singleton-KV- a gigantic lifetime PR of 17-1, 3. Camry Krueger-a ridiculous PR, by over 2 feet, of 15-6! 5. L. Van Meter-excellent PR of 14-0. Shot Put-1. Olivia Adams-KV-32-6, 2. Jackie Vander Woude- a near PR of 32-4, 3. Tinley Van Meter-30-2-another huge SWEEP for this terrific trio!! Reegan Joseph had a strong PR of 21-9, while Linda Amaya tied hers at 18-7. Discus-1. Adams-KV-excellent big time SB of 95-6.75, 2. Van Meter-huge PR of 87-9 for the freshman, 3. Vander Woude-77-2.5, just ahead of Joseph, who had a MASSIVE PR with her throw of 76-7, good for 4th! Amaya finished off the PR fest with her throw of 54-8. Another event SWEEP for the throwers, for the second straight meet! Phenomenal performances, ladies! Go Kougs! Big KUDOS to Lowell HS, who hosted a very organized meet. KV's record: 2-0. 1-0 NCC.
